Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support the growth of our medical technology business. In this role, you will identify and engage healthcare providers, clinics, and other healthcare organizations, build strong customer relationships, and help drive adoption of our medical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers, including clinics, physician practices, outpatient centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Understand clinical workflows, customer challenges, and healthcare delivery needs to effectively communicate the value of our medical technology solutions.
• Support the sales process, including customer discovery, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and commercial discussions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and virtual consultations with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinic managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Your Background & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Ideally experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Experience selling to clinics, physician practices, hospitals, or other healthcare providers is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and contribute to successful sales outcomes.
• Understanding of healthcare purchasing processes, clinical stakeholder engagement, and medical sales cycles.
