Title: Executive Director, Clinical Supply Chain

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area) or remote with monthly travel to HQ. If remote, candidates must be based on the West Coast

SciPro is partnering with a late-stage clinical biotech developing novel targeted therapies for oncology patients that's seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Supply Chain to lead its growing global supply chain function. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic, hands-on leader ready to help scale operations supporting a fast-growing clinical pipeline, including multiple Phase III programs currently underway.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute global clinical supply chain strategy aligned with an expanding late-stage pipeline
• Lead end-to-end clinical supply operations: demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and comparator sourcing
• Build and scale a high-performing team (currently ~18, with continued growth expected)
• Serve as a technical and strategic escalation point across supply chain functions
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance
• Drive inspection readiness and ensure compliance with GxP, ICH, FDA, and EMA requirements

What You Bring

• 18-20+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain (adjusted for advanced degree), including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience scaling teams and leading matrixed organizations
• Deep, recent experience with small molecule, global, end to end clinical supply chain management
• Strategic and hands-on: comfortable setting vision and rolling up sleeves on execution
• Oncology experience and familiarity with supply planning tools (e.g., Endsight-type platforms) a plus
