Join a fast-growing international healthcare company as Team Lead, Operational Purchasing. You will lead a purchasing team, optimize supply chain processes, and help ensure reliable product availability across markets and sales channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational purchasing team, including personnel responsibility.

• Coordinate purchasing, order processing, suppliers/contract manufacturers, warehousing, and fulfillment.

• Analyze demand and sales data to optimize ordering, stock levels, delivery times, and inventory.

• Manage supply chain bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.

• Coordinate purchasing activities for new product launches with internal teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and costs.

• Optimize inventory management, month-end processes, and related IT systems and tools.

• Work closely with e-commerce and other cross-functional teams.

Your Profile

• Degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience leading a team with disciplinary responsibility.

• Strong ownership, motivation, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a clear overview.

• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
