Gianna Argento

Gianna is a Principal Consultant on SciPro’s Clinical team in New York, specializing in Director-level and above physician (MD) searches, particularly in Immunology & Inflammation (I&I). She also supports leadership appointments across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Program Management and Preclinical/Translational Research, primarily partnering with venture-backed and clinical-stage biotech companies, founders, CEOs and investors. With a background in chemistry, including a BA, MA and published research from Wesleyan University, Gianna brings an analytical approach to recruitment, combining market mapping, clinical pipeline insights and talent intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions. Her network spans CMOs and senior clinical, preclinical and regulatory leaders, helping companies secure talent for critical early-stage and leadership appointments. Beyond recruitment, she co-founded Women Building Bio and the Real Talk podcast, initiatives focused on connecting and empowering women leading drug development.
