SciPro partners with the Biotech and Pharma community to create a comprehensive Salary Survey.

​SciPro is excited to reveal that after much demand from the market, they are partnering with the Biotech and Pharma community to create their first-ever comprehensive salary survey for the US Biotech and Pharma Sector. 

This is the initial year that SciPro will be conducting a salary survey for the Biotech and Pharma community across the USA and so, we encourage Biotech and Pharma leaders to participate in this survey to share your views across a wide range of areas. The goal of this survey will be to interview a large pool of Biotech and Pharma professionals across the US with a brief salary survey, with the aim of providing professionals within their field with accurate, tailored benchmarking data to compare your compensation within the current market and help customers to benchmark their internal compensation structures for their teams. 

"This year, particularly, we recognized the potential to make a more significant impact. We wanted to help the entire industry and extend beyond individual conversations. So, we decided that it was time for a comprehensive Biotech and Pharma survey to hopefully shed some light on what ‘market rate’ truly is. 

The main purpose of this survey is to gather as much data as we can from the market, not only to spark conversations with leaders and open business development doors but also to leverage the data we have with our clients and candidates. This objective aims to provide an overview not only of salaries but also insights regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), location, compensation trends, and further market analysis."
