I am working with a healthcare AI company seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales for Providers to lead new business generation and revenue growth across provider organizations, including hospitals, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and physician/medical practices. This role focuses on selling a predictive, AI-driven healthcare platform that improves patient outcomes, reduces costs, and identifies patients at risk before diagnosis. This is a highly profitable company, having secured funding from sophris capital.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with hospitals, ACOs, and physician practices
  • Promote the AI platform through solution-based, consultative selling tailored to provider needs
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline, achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, including physicians (Nephrology, Cardiology, GP), practice managers, and C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver customized proposals
  • Provide market and competitor insights to guide commercial strategy and positioning

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record selling to hospitals, providers, ACOs, or physician practices, ideally with experience in AI, SaaS, medical devices, or healthcare data solutions
  • 8–15+ years of business development or sales experience in healthcare provider markets
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals ($1M+ ARR) and navigate long sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, value-based care, and provider decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging C-level executives and clinical stakeholders
